purpose built Lanzarote resort with
all your amenities close to hand

Puerto del
Carmen is situated about 7
miles south of the airport.
This is the longest established
and probably best known resort on
the island. It has everything from
beachside arcades to casinos and
luxury private villas.
Like many places in Lanzarote,
Puerto del Carmen was originally a
small fishing village, the old
harbour is still a delightful place
to visit, boasting some excellent
seafood restaurants.
The resort has grown over the
last twenty years, now stretching
along the whole 6 kilometres of
golden sandy beaches. The town has
been saved from the high-rise
buildings that blight so many other
destinations due to the strict
planning restrictions.

the marina without even realizing
how long you have been there.

a number of water based activites,
such as the Catlanza catamaran

Costa
Teguise is situated about 8
miles northeast of the Airport, 4
miles northeast of Arrecife.
This is a purpose built resort
that started to take shape in the
1970s. The development is
undergoing something of a revival
with many of the older developments
being refurbished.
Although many of the activities
revolve around the beach, with
windsurfing in particular being
very well catered for, there is
much else to do in and around Costa
Teguise.
Costa Teguise is well situated
to explore the many tourist
attractions in the North of
Lanzarote, such as the Cueva
de los Verdes, Jameos
del Agua and the Jardin
de Cactus.
